4. Open the downloaded folder there you will find 2 iso of GTA 4 you can use "winrar" or "power ISO" to extract those ISO files, so simply extract both the ISO in different folders. Name them dvd 1 and dvd 2

4.Now open first folder "DVD 1" folder their you will find a folder named "GTAIV" open it and run the setup.
5. When it opens select your language and click on 'OK". Your setup will open like this.
6. Click on "next" then choose "I accept the terms of license agreement" then "next"> "next">"next choose "typical">"next" and finally click on install. It will start like this.
